Your phone can keep working while you do.

Callers get a response. You get the details to follow up when you can.

01

Forward your calls

Keep the number customers already know. Your phone provider forwards calls to your Business's Botable number.

02

Give callers a next step

They hear your greeting and can leave a voicemail. Botable texts back, asks what they need and follows your instructions.

03

Follow up with the details

The inquiry, voicemail and texts stay together as a Lead. Email alerts tell you when a Lead needs your attention.

Get your number. Forward your calls. Register, verify your email and start your trial. Botable sets up your number automatically with an editable preset for your trade. Forward your Business line when you are ready. A test call is optional.

Before you forward a call

A few things you might be wondering.

Do I need to change my business number?

No. Customers keep calling your existing number. Unconditional forwarding sends every call to your Business's Botable number, so your Business phone will not ring while it is enabled. Turn forwarding off with your phone provider to receive calls on that phone again.

Does Botable book appointments?

Botable captures the caller's inquiry and passes the details to you. It does not connect to your scheduling system or confirm appointments. You arrange the work when you follow up.

What happens if the caller can't receive texts?

The call is still recorded as a Lead. Botable marks it Unreachable and alerts your Business, so you can call back by hand. A voicemail, if the caller leaves one, remains available.

Can I use English and French?

Yes. Start with an English or French preset for your trade. Edit your greetings, text-back and Assistant instructions, and choose the order of your greetings. English and French opt-out keywords are handled automatically.

What happens after the trial?

Your Business's subscription is C$79 per month after the 14-day trial. A payment card is required to start. You can manage your payment method and cancel through billing. Scheduled cancellation keeps service until the end of the current trial or paid period.

Is Botable for emergency dispatch?

Botable collects inquiries for your Business to follow up. It does not dispatch emergency services or guarantee a response time. Your greeting and instructions should make your Business's availability clear.
