Botable

Terms of service

Service operator: Botable.

Effective date: 2026-10-12. Version: 2026-10-12.

What Botable does

Botable answers forwarded calls, records voicemail, texts callers and captures inquiries for your Business to follow up. Unconditional forwarding sends every call to Botable; your Business phone will not ring while it is enabled. Forwarding is controlled by your phone provider.

Trial and subscription

The subscription is C$79 per month after a 14-day trial. A payment card is required. One trial is available per account and published Business number, reserved when checkout begins. You can resume checkout for the original Business; contact support about additional Businesses. Closing or deleting an account or Business does not reset trial eligibility. Stripe shows the subscription terms at checkout and manages your payment method. Subscription charges begin automatically after the trial unless you cancel. Use Manage subscription in Billing to update payment details or schedule cancellation.

Your Business responsibilities

Keep your account secure, review your greetings and Assistant instructions, and follow up on Leads. Configure forwarding with your phone provider and make sure callers understand how your Business handles their information. Use Botable for responding to caller inquiries, not unsolicited messaging.

Authority to use the service

By registering, you confirm that you can accept these terms on behalf of your Business. Your Business is responsible for the caller information it asks Botable to handle, the instructions it gives the Assistant and any notices or consent its use requires. Do not request sensitive information that is unnecessary to answer an inquiry. Review the Privacy policy for the providers involved and how to contact the privacy officer.

Service limits

Botable does not book appointments, dispatch emergency services or guarantee a response time. AI can make mistakes. Review inquiries and voicemail before acting. Phone carriers and service providers can affect number availability, forwarding and message delivery. Ineligible billing pauses call handling, voicemail processing and caller texting. Turn off forwarding with your phone provider to receive calls on your Business phone while service is paused.

Cancellation and closure

Scheduled cancellation keeps service until the remaining trial or paid period ends. Turn off forwarding with your phone provider before that date. Deleting a Business closes it and queues subscription cancellation and release of its Botable number. A released number will no longer receive your Business calls. Contact support if you want to reactivate an ended subscription or need help resolving setup.

Billing questions and statutory rights

Contact support about disputed charges or a refund request. Cancellation and deletion do not automatically refund earlier charges. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
